AN UNARMED POPULACE ARE LAMBS FOR THE SLAUGHTER

     SINCE I WROTE THIS BLOG, I WAS THINKING ABOUT ALL THE STORES, RESTAURANTS AND LOCATIONS THAT PUT UP THEIR SIGNS WITH THE PISTOL INSIDE THE WORLDWIDE KNOW CIRCLE SYMBOL FOR "NO" OR "NOT ALLOWED" AND A VISION (NO I DON'T SEE DEAD PEOPLE...AT LEAST I DON'T THINK I DO...I DIGRESS!) CAME TO ME. IT WAS A VISION OF THESE GUN FREE ZONES AND HOW THE PEOPLE THAT ENTERED THOSE AREAS, STEPPED ON A CONVEYOR LIKE THE DUCKS IN A SHOOTING GALLERY, WITH THE BAD GUYS WHO IGNORE THOSE SIGNS, WERE SHOOTING AT THEM AND I COULD HEAR THE "PING" SOUND AS I WATCHED ANOTHER FALL OVER IN THAT SHOOTING GALLERY. BEFORE YOU PUT UP ONE OF THOSE SIGNS, DON'T FORGET TO HAVE IT DONE IN NEON AND MAKE SURE IT FLASHES. THOSE OF US WHO KNOWS WHAT THAT SIGN MEANS TO GO INSIDE YOUR BUSINESS, WILL START AVOIDING YOU.

     AS WEIRD AS IT MAY SOUND, IN TENNESSEE YOU CAN EVEN CARRY OPEN OR CONCEALED IN A BAR. GUNS AND ALCOHOL DON'T MIX? CHECK THE NUMBERS. WE MAKE IT WORK BECAUSE WE'RE SERIOUS ABOUT DEFENSE AGAINST THOSE WHO ARE ACTUALLY THE BAD PEOPLE! GUN OWNERSHIP IS NOT JUST A RIGHT, DAMN IT, IT SHOULD BE A NATIONAL REQUIREMENT! YES, YOU MIGHT SEE THE DEATH TOLL GO UP FOR A SHORT PERIOD, BUT AFTER THE BAD GUYS GET THE MESSAGE, THEN WE WON'T HAVE TO KEEP KILLING THEM, BECAUSE AN ARMED POPULACE IS A PROTECTED POPULACE!! 

   As I watched the terrible tragedy unfold at the Paris news office this morning, It again reaffirmed what those of us who believe in the 2nd Amendment have always known. If you can't fire back, you are just targets. Can the 2nd Amendment in our country stop all  gun violence?  No. But does it bring it down tremendously with the bas guy wondering what's on your hip, against the middle of your back or in a shoulder holster. When someone doesn't have clue how well you are armed when they wish to break into your home while you sleep, it gives them pause and that in itself has probably saved numerous lives.

     The no guns allowed locations are for the bad guys a place of let's slaughter the lambs! The world has to be aware, but I'm more interested in America, that the bad guys aren't shooting weapons loaded with soft pellets. They are shooting lethal rounds. If they see a person with a barrel of a weapon pointed at them, then they have a decision to make: surrender or die.

     For those of you who believe in disarming America, let me know. I'll be glad to purchase the spray paint and paint a target on your back and chest...hey why not make t-shirts with targets on the front and back, with the words that say, I hate guns and am unarmed!" and require all gun haters to wear them. My bet is they wouldn't do it! So, NRA Members, don't lay down on the job. The loss of lives in Paris should be a point made to prove our America, but the world populace as well, that AN UNARMED POPULACE ARE LAMBS LED TO THE SLAUGHTER!!
