If someone sends you an instant chat while you're on FaceBook, even if it seems to be one of your friends and tells you about Federal Grants and uses the website: :/https://www.facebook.com/gregson.stackman, it is a hoax! On the chat bar is a symbol that resembles the sun. press it and report it as Spam/Abuse. Immediately change your password. Do Not open the link!
